Program interviews of administrative, instructional, and support staff across the school.

Interviews of parent advisory council (PAC) representatives and members of the general public.

Review of student records. The Department selects representative records for the onsite team to review.

Observation of classrooms to determine general of compliance with program requirements.

Monitoring the general well being (mind, body and spirit) and satisfaction of students and staff.
